ADVONIS AG · COMPLIANCE PLATFORM, SWITZERLAND
Every review decision stays provable years later.
Advonis checks companies and people for financial intermediaries and businesses in Switzerland: KYC and KYB, anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening, electronic signatures. Every decision must be provable to the regulator.
- WHAT WAS BUILT
- A compliance platform for customer and company checks in which every decision is stored traceably with its evidence.
- WHO DECIDES
- The Advonis team decided which checks to buy in and which to build, which providers to depend on and where the data lives. Before the first line of code was written.
- THE BASE
- Tenant separation, roles and permissions, complete logging of every decision, data stored exclusively in Swiss data centres.
- STATUS
- In operation since August 2026.
ONSIDE · TRAINING CAMPS FOR PROFESSIONAL CLUBS
PowerPoint became a platform the sales team maintains itself.
Onside organises around 220 training camps for professional clubs every year. Offers were built as presentations; the knowledge sat in people’s heads and in WhatsApp threads.
- WHAT WAS BUILT
- An offer platform: one world per club with hotels, pitches, surroundings and a named contact, bilingual from the start.
- WHO BUILDS
- The Onside team maintains content and offers itself, in a back office instead of in slides.
- THE BASE
- Tenant separation, roles and permissions, a database with row-level access rules, operated on EU servers.
- STATUS
- Pilot operation with real club offers.
KICKERS EMDEN · REGIONALLIGA NORD
The club coordinates its volunteers where they already are.
Dozens of helpers have to be scheduled on every match day. Lists, phone calls, follow-ups: the coordination load rested on a few individuals.
- WHAT WAS BUILT
- Volunteer coordination over WhatsApp plus a dashboard for those in charge: shifts, confirmations, reminders.
- WHY WHATSAPP
- No new app, no passwords. Helpers stay in the channel they already use.
- THE BASE
- Magic-link sign-in, the shift plan in the database, calendar invitations by mail, operated on EU servers.
- STATUS
- In use, match day after match day.
CIRCLES · TRUST LAYER FOR AI AGENTS
AI agents make plans, but only with the people’s permission.
Circles connects the AI assistants of people who matter to each other. The agents agree on times directly. Only what both sides approve is shared.
- WHAT WAS BUILT
- The trust layer between agents: connection via MCP for Claude, ChatGPT and others, approval by the human, logged exchange.
- PRINCIPLES
- Verified identity, mutual consent, minimum disclosure, instant revocation, one shared log for both sides.
- FOR WHOM
- For your closest twelve people: small enough that every connection is real.
- STATUS
- First stage live: sign-in and connecting the AI tool. Further stages in progress.
